VIDA Associate Professor Chinmay Hegde has won the 2026 Si2 Power of Partnerships (POP) Award as one of the leaders of the LLM Benchmarking Coalition (LBC).
Congratulations to VIDA Associate Professor Chinmay Hegde on winning the 2026 Si2 Power of Partnerships (POP) Award as one of the leaders of the LLM Benchmarking Coalition (LBC).
The purpose of the LBC is to expedite the development of high-quality LLMs for semiconductor design by creating relevant and comprehensive evaluation datasets and metrics for semiconductor design problems. Chinmay provided critical leadership during the formation of the LBC and continues to foster collaboration between leaders from research and development across the semiconductor industry and academia.
