Divij Kapur is an M.S. graduate in Computer Science from NYU Tandon School of Engineering, where he worked at the Visualization and Data Analytics Research Center under the supervision of Professor Robert Krueger. His research focuses on Nextflow processing pipelines for large-scale biomedical imaging. He developed a GPU-accelerated spatial overlap analysis pipeline for multi-channel 3D imaging data on NYU's HPC infrastructure.
