Nalini Ramanathan

Nalini Ramanathan is a Ph.D. student at NYU studying NeuroAI co-supervised by Erdem Varol and Pavel Izmailov. Prior to this, she worked as a strategy consultant and then data scientist at Altman Solon. There, she worked on a Hidden Markov Model-based marketing attribution client project and on the company’s internal Computer Vision-based pole detection models. She did her undergrad at Dartmouth College in Economics, where she worked with Treb Allen on her senior thesis on the effects of US services exports on labor outcomes using a gravity model.
