Remo Shen is a Ph.D. Candidate in Computer Science at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering, working at the Visualization and Data Analytics Research Center (VIDA) under the supervision of Prof. Robert Krueger. His research focuses on data visualization and visual analytics, with an emphasis on biomedical image analysis and high-dimensional imaging data. He is developing interactive visual analytics systems that help researchers explore, interpret, and analyze complex biomedical datasets. Previously, he received his M.S. from Shandong University, where he worked at the IDEAS Lab with Prof. Yunhai Wang, focusing on chart animation grammars and interactive visualization systems.
